You can buy Sally Hansen Hard as Nails or Nutrisystem to get your nails healthier. Also consider a hair/nail vitamin with Niacin and Pantothenic Acid...eat lots of Jell-O, too. You need to find a shop that specializes in this as they use cadaver fingernails.
