If an unlicensed personnel gets caught working in a nail shop would he/she be fined?

would it affect the person's future job opportunity as well?If an unlicensed personnel gets caught working in a nail shop would he/she be fined?
Yes they will be fined and won't be allowed to work until they acquire the license. If an unlicensed personnel gets caught working in a nail shop would he/she be fined?
They would definately be fined if caught by state board commissioners. Furthermore, an unlicensed person could cause serious damage or injury and end up going to jail!

There is a reason that a specific number of hours of education is expected to do nails on another person.

Contact your state's cosmetology board for more specific policies.
It will probably depend on where you are since each state has different regulations.

I worked in investments and was supposed to be licensed but they give a certain amount of time before you need to be licensed. Because I was valuable they would not let me take the exam so I was doing work that I should not have been. I had no control over it or felt like I didn't so be careful.

It's better to err on the side of caution or being conservative. Check with your state. There should be something on the state's website that can help you.
I am not sure if they fine the shop or the owner or both. But she will find another job, there are many salons out there that do not care.

If this is going on, morally you should report it to whatever local agency handles it. Your local city hall should be able to refer you to the correct agency.
I believe the owner of the shop would get the fine.
The shop would more than likely receive the larger penalty
BOTH, THE SHOP AND THE PERSON WOULD GET FINED.
Yes, IF they were doing nails...If they were like a Receptionist..Then no.
yes
one word...
