Go down to the mall. you will find the nail shop your looking forDo you know of a nail shop in MD?
I don't know of any in your area, sorry. But, here is a link that you can try. Enter your zip code, and it will bring up a list of salons in your area. I would call a few of the salons, and simply ask them if they do that kind of nail art. You might get lucky and find someone who is really good at it. It may be worth a try? BTW, I have nothing to gain from posting this site as I am not affiliated with it in any way. It's totally up to you whether you use it, or not. I do know that it is a reputable site, so the chances are good that most of the listed people are skilled techs, and one of them just might be able to help you out with 3D artwork at a good price. If you would rather not use the link, that's perfectly OK too. You could also try the yellow pages and see what you find in there. Most salons/techs don't advertise specifically for nail art or other nail service, but rather under the general heading of ';Nail Salons'; or something similar to that. As you probably already are aware of, there is a big difference between real acrylic 3D nail art, and other techniques such as airbrushing. Just be sure that the tech does free hand 3D work because not all of them do it, but just about any salon will airbrush nails - which is no where as good as free hand nail art. Anyway, here is the link, and best wishes to you. I hope you find what you are looking for one way or another!

BTW, the same thing happens all too often in this section whenever guys get involved in answering questions. They think they're funny or something, I guess. To me, it's annoying to ask a question, and get those kind of responses. Oh well. I guess it could be a lot worse!
Any hardware store should carry nails from finishing to #20 D,
Just go to Home Depot or something. They have lots of nails. And screws too.
