If you paid by credit card or by PayPal, submit a complaint to the company that handled your payment. Maybe you can at least get a credit or a refund.
YEAH! My friend was complaining about not getting what she ordered.
maybe u can call your credit card company %26amp; they will investigate...or try filing a complaint with the better business bureau (u can do it online http://www.bbb.org/)...i filed a complaint about a company, %26amp; within 5 days my problem was resolved!!! good luck!!!
