Anything will match black, and with simple silver jewelry, you could go with any shade of nail polish!
If you want to keep the simple going, try a French manicure or a soft pink. If you can find silver nail polish, that would look great too.
Or maybe since the rest of the outfit is simply colored, you want to add some brightness? If so, try a bright pink or a bold red.
Fiery red and Navy Blue are hawt with black dresses. You could also try any color pastel. I would recommend pastels or chrome. You can get Love My Nails Chrome at wal-mart.

Get black undercoat and then an airbrush. If you want to do it yourself, go clear coat. You don't want to overload on silver. I would spenda little extra for an airbrush though because it's sooo pretty!
